The hotel was simply amazing, with a perfect location near the beach and surrounded by local restaurants. The room had a great beach and city view, and was clean, cozy, and soundproof. The staff, especially Noorsha Abla, provided excellent service. The buffet breakfast was enjoyable with a variety of options. our stay at Old Town Point Hotel was great and amazing.
The person checking us in was initially rude and dismissive, but improved later.

Despite a few minor inconveniences, my stay at Old Town Point Hotel & Spa was overall enjoyable. The location was perfect for exploring the city and the swimming pool provided a much-needed escape from the heat. The upgrade to a triple room and apartment was a pleasant surprise, offering extra space and a homely feel. The cleaning and restaurant staff were friendly and accommodating.
While the breakfast arrangement was initially miscommunicated, the night staff were apologetic and tried to rectify the situation. Additionally, the reception staff could benefit from improving their customer service skills.
